As a booking office we prefer to have personal contact with our suppliers/operators and maintain close ties with everyone. We also only make a provisional booking once we are virtually certain that the booking is going to be confirmed. Our average percentage of provisional to confirmed is above 90%. This ensures we do not waist time and when we do ask for availability the chances are more than good it will become a booking.

Management of all bookings and ensuring it all runs smoothly is essential when working with demanding clients who only expect the best. We also ensure that whatever is booked is also paid in full weeks before our clients (your guests) arrive.

Research -Except for personal contact it is also essential that our sales team know what they are talking about and we know which issues are important locally. Not only does this ensure a well prepared traveller but also gives us the edge when tailor make a holiday. The team therefore travels extensively and regularly to keep up to date with the latest knowledge and local issues.
